Welcome to Windward Passage, the perfect 1-bedroom condo located on the third floor of Laguna Reef. This coastal retreat includes a king-sized master bed, a single roll out bed perfect for the kids, as well as a comfortable sleeper sofa in the living room. You will find a flat screen tv in the living room and master bedroom. The open kitchen provides a wonderful view of the bay and is fully equipped with all the comforts of home. Enjoy a family meal in the open living/kitchen area that has bar counter stools, and a small table with seating for two. The bathroom has a tub/shower combination, and all linens and towels will be provided. The unit also has WIFI.
Relax on the balcony at the outdoor dining table with Adirondack rockers overlooking Aransas Bay or take advantage of the pool and hot tub also overlooking the waterfront. Enjoy fishing from the 1,000-foot lighted private pier and the community beach area for wading, crabbing and bird watching. Laguna Reef guests also enjoy access to shared charcoal grills, coin operated laundry rooms, ice machines, and a large parking lot that includes outlets for charging your boat before a day on the water.
Laguna Reef is located near the Rockport Heritage District and Rockport Beach, as well as the charming downtown shops, restaurants, art galleries, and winery.
