What is your cancellation policy?
NEW RELAXED CANCELLATION POLICY FOR 2020!  Book a studio or 1 bedroom condo for only $75 down.  Book a 2 bedroom condo for $200 down.  Cancel for any reason up to 7 days before check in and receive a full refund less a  $35 cancellation fee.  Final payments will not be processed until 7 days prior to check in.  After that, if you cancel between 7 days and 72 hours of your check in date, you will receive a 50% refund.  No refunds will be offered for cancellations within 72 hours of check in.  This policy will be valid for all 2020 bookings.  
How do I book a condo?
You can either make a booking directly on this website by using the "check availability box" to the left. Or you can call our office at 1-361-729-1742 and a receptionist will be glad to help you.
Is booking online secure?
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order. We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our payment gateway providers database. It will only be accessible by those authorized with special rights to such systems. They are required to keep the information confidential. After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.
Can I bring my pet with me?
Some or our condos are pet friendly per the choice of the condo owner.  A $15/day pet fee is required.  Click Here to view our pet friendly condos.  Or you can call our office at 1-361-729-1742 and a receptionist would love to help find a home that is just right for you and your pet.
What amenities are provided in the rooms?
All condos have cable TV and WIFI and are stocked with toilet paper and basic toiletries.  The studios have microwaves, mini fridges, and coffee makers with paper cups and coffee packets.  Units with full kitchens provide dish soap, pots, pans, dishes, and glassware. 
Do you provide daily maid service?
We are not a hotel and do not provide daily maid service.  Your condo will be clean when you arrive and should you need fresh towels or linens, you can swap them at the front desk.  This service is only available to guests who booked directly through Laguna Reef or one of Laguna Reef's channel partners.  Linen swap is not available to guests who booked directly through a condo owner.
What if I booked my condo with the condo owner instead of Laguna Reef management?
Some condo owners manage their own reservations and do not go through the Laguna Reef in house management provided by MK Management.  If you booked directly with the condo owner, you will not be able to swap linens, receive pool towels, or get supplies throught the front desk.  You will need to contact the owner for any problems in your condo or questions about your reservation.  You will still have use of the pool, pier, and hot tub.
